Of course, every graphic design project is different, but broadly speaking we use a similar methodology — a four-stage process that’s designed to maximise your creative involvement while minimising unnecessary demands on your time.
Clarify
We kick off the process with an in-depth review of your requirements, ideas and vision for the project. It’s a vital phase of information gathering and discussion which allows us to tightly focus our creative input and accelerate the design process — saving time and cost later.
Conceptualise
With all the building blocks in place, it’s time for our creative team to work their magic — drawing up design concepts to bring life to your initial ideas. Depending on the output this may involve sketches, wireframes or digital mockups, which we’ll discuss with you in detail to gather feedback.
Evolve
Taking your comments on board, we’ll refine and polish the concept to arrive at a final design mockup. At this stage, we’ll work closely with you to identify any tweaks, improvements or adjustments needed to take the project from 99% to completion — ensuring the output reflects and builds on your initial vision.
Implement
Once we’re all on the same page, it’s time to unveil the finished product. Thanks to our iterative design process and collaborative toolkit, we can move quickly from signoff to deliverable. This is particularly important for physical media — avoiding any delay to critical production or print deadlines.

HACIEN is a premium tequila brand supplying high-end hospitality and retail locations worldwide. They approached Phunk to undertake a comprehensive design project comprising web, packaging and marketing assets as well as 3D renders of their signature bottles.
Mobilleo
Mobilleo is a SaaS solution making it easy for organisations to manage global business travel for their employees. The team at Mobilleo approached Phunk to provide a range of design and illustration services, building on their existing brand, for use across their website and app.
Mannson Freight
Mannson Freight operates import and export consolidation services involving sea freight. They engaged Phunk to rebrand their corporate identity and develop a new higher-performance website, as well as a custom-built portal — MFS Pro— including ongoing support.
BOX iQ
BOXiQ Performance Center in Dubai is a globally recognised boxing gym — hosting icons like Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk. Working with Phunk, they now have a high-quality digital presence to match the prestige of their brand.
The Honest Watch Dealer
The Honest Watch Dealer is a luxury watch expert renowned for his popular YouTube channel, as well as founding The Luxury Watch Company. Charlie (his real name) engaged Phunk to develop a brand identity for his channel, with applications across a range of merchandise.
